Do you have a hospital appointment? Report your change of GP

We do not always get information back from the hospitals on time. This is because hospital patients are still registered with their old GP, Goede & Stam, and not with Stokkeland GPs. Unfortunately, this change cannot be made automatically; you need to inform the hospital yourself.

We kindly ask you to communicate the change of GP at your next hospital appointment. This also applies to a check-up appointment with a specialist.
