Important notice: Software system switchover and temporarily no patient portal

Our practice, like other GP practices in the region, is switching to a new GP Information System (HIS). In the HIS, patient records are kept, medication prescribed and appointments scheduled. Because of this switch, some days at the practice are different from what you are used to:

• Retrieved from Friday 27 March we will transfer all patient data to the new system. Therefore, the practice will only be open for emergencies on that day.
• From Monday 30 March we work with the new system. On that day, we schedule fewer appointments.

What do you need to consider?

• You can still apply for repeat medication until Wednesday 25 March at 4pm. After that, you can apply again from Monday 30 March.
• In the period after this transition, you may have to wait longer on the phone or for an appointment. Our staff still needs to get used to the new system.
• The current MijnGezondheid.net (MGN) patient portal will end when the old system is shut down. From 26 March, you will no longer be able to make appointments or e-consultations or view your data here. There will be a new portal. As soon as we know more about this, we will let you know. No need to call the practice for this.
