Do you live in postcode area 1431 and are not yet registered at a GP practice in Aalsmeer? Then you can register at Huisartsenpraktijk Stokkeland. This can be done in two ways: by contacting the assistant or by filling in the registration form below. After completing the registration form, the assistant will contact you.
If you live outside postcode area 1431, we would like to ask you to contact the practice first. The assistant will assess whether you fall within the practice's catchment area.
