Looking for a GP?
Have you just moved to Aalsmeer or Kudelstaart and are you looking for a GP? You can register straight away with Stokkeland GP Practice via the online registration form. Would you prefer to check first which GP practices in your area are accepting new patients? On the website A GP close by You can easily search by postcode to see which practices have places available for new patients.
Do you already have a GP in Aalsmeer or Kudelstaart? If so, you cannot register directly with another GP practice. First, discuss with your current GP why you wish to switch. GPs in the region have agreed on a procedure for this. Following this discussion, we can assess whether a switch is possible. If you submit a registration request without this discussion, we will not be able to process your application.
How does it work?
- Go to www.eenhuisartsdichtbij.nl and click on ‘Find a GP near you’.
- Enter your postcode and search for a GP in your area.
- Is a GP practice open to new patients? Then you can click straight through to the registration form.
- Follow the steps in the form to submit a registration request to do.
- Your application will be assessed. You will be notified as soon as possible whether you can be enrolled.
Would you like to register several family members? A separate registration form must be completed for each patient
Frequently asked questions
What happens after I fill in the registration form?
After you complete and submit the registration form, the practice will receive your details. The assistants then check whether registration is possible at that time. You will be notified as soon as possible to let you know whether the practice can register you.
Your registration is only become final once you have received confirmation of your registration.
Do I have to inform my current GP myself when switching?
When you register with our practice, you give us permission to deregister you from your current GP.
However, we do advise you to also inform your current GP yourself that you are switching.
Can I meet first before registering?
Of course, you may also visit first for an introduction. Contact our assistant by phone to make an appointment.
What if I am already registered and my partner or child also wants to become a patient?
A practice may be temporarily closed for new registrations. However, are you already registered with us and your partner moves to the same address? Or are you having a child? If so, we always try to make room within the practice in these situations.
