The practice will be temporarily closed from Monday 8 June to Friday 26 June due to holidays. For urgent complaints that cannot wait until Monday 29 June, please contact another GP. Which GP this is depends on where you live.

• Do you live on the south side of the N196 (the side of the Westeinderplassen) or in Kudelstaart? Then you can go to GP practice Weve at Three Columns Square (tel. 0297 - 32 44 75).
• Do you live on the north side of the N196, in the care home or in Haarlemmermeer? Then you can go to Zwarteweg general practice On Black Road (tel. 0297 - 32 77 17)

After 17:00 on working days, at night and at weekends, for urgent complaints, please contact the Amstelland GP out-of-hours service via 020 - 456 2000. The GP surgery is there only for complaints that cannot wait until the next working day.

From Monday 29 June, we will be back at your service in our own practice.
